
I need tea and some of Morrison’s poetry in my life right now.
So I was in Chinatown, NYC about a month ago and picked up one of my favorite Chinatown treats, sweet chilled Hong Kong style milk tea. Of course, I’m starting to run out of the pre-packaged thing, so now I’m looking to make my own. Just tea, milk, and sugar, right? Nope. Tea, cream, and sugar? Nope. Ceylon, Simple syrup, and cream? Nope.
I don’t understand how making a drink can be so difficult. Anyone have any ideas? Anyone even have a clue about what I’m talking about?
